Conditions:

• Your membership can only be suspended for a minimum period of two weeks and for a maximum period of two months each time.
• If your minimum term has been completed, your payments will automatically stop coming out, during the period of time that your membership is suspended.
• If you are still within the minimum period of your membership your payments will continue whilst suspended, however once your minimum term is completed you will receive this suspended time credited back.
• If you have a Paid In Full membership, an extra day will be added to your membership for each day that your membership is on suspension ie. 2 months of suspended time will extend your membership by a further 2 months at no extra charge.
  There is no extra fee to suspend your membership. This is a free courtesy service from CBD Health Spa.
